Louise attended Saint Edward's School, Miss Porter's School, Wellesley College, and earned her MA from Sewanee, the University of the South. She moved back to Vero Beach in 2000, a place she has called home since 1980.

She helped develop, sell, and manage real estate in Columbus, Ohio in the late 1990s, and was a 50% owner in a development company through 2012 that built tax-credit properties, luxury condominiums, and commercial sites including six Starbucks locations. She later served as Executive Director of the Laura (Riding) Jackson Foundation and spent 13 years as English Department Chair at Saint Edward's School.

Louise is most proud of the educational and humanitarian programs she has built in Kenya, and delivered a TEDx talk, “Empathy in Education,” in 2019. She has a son, Ivor, and a daughter, Fiona, both students at Harvard College.

Kat brings insight and a fresh perspective to real estate on Florida's Treasure Coast. With a background in marketing, communications, and hospitality, she's spent her career helping people connect with places that feel like home.

A graduate of Florida Institute of Technology — where she also raced professionally as a jet dragster driver, hitting speeds up to 276 mph — Kat began her marketing career at the Environmental Learning Center before becoming Director of Marketing at Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club, giving her unique insight into what buyers truly value beyond the home itself.

She has hosted television segments for Destination America and a social media series for Visit Indian River County. A classic car enthusiast with a 1967 Fastback Mustang, she's most proud of her role as a mom to two daughters.

Andrew serves as Broker of Record for Kennedy Properties, overseeing brokerage operations, compliance, and transaction management so every client is guided by the same standard of discretion and diligence the firm was built on.
